What's Hot at Universal - Macy's & Grinchmas 2007

What's Going On?

The Macy's Holiday Parade returns to Universal Studios for another year and after a year of abscense, Grinchmas returns to Islands of Adventure! The holiday festivities take place December 7th 2007 - January 1st 2008.

Universal Studios - Macy's Holiday Parade at 5:30PM, and other festivities include: KidZone Holiday Show, Barney's Christmas Show, The Blues Brothers Christmas Show, and from December 26th - January 1st witness Universal 360 (Laser and Fireworks show)

Islands of Adventure - The Return of Grinchmas to Seuss Landing which includes a live performance of the book 'How The Grinch Stole Christmas'. Everyone will also have a chance to meet the Grinch in the Seuss Landing area of the park.

Facts, Figures, Trivia & More!
• The Macy's Parade uses real floats from the actual Macy's Thanksgiving Parade in NYC!
• Grinchmas was taken away in 2006, guests complained so this year we are seeing the 'Return of Grinchmas' which will no longer revolve around the movie but will focus on the children's book.
* A current rumor floating around is that an ice skating rink will be setup inside Universal Studios.
* The song played during the Macy's parade is "Let The Heart Take Flight" by Jesse L. Martin
